Get new inspiration and improve your running technique this fall! Join us for a 12-week running coaching program (weeks 37-48) and get coached online through music files. Each week, you’ll be challenged with two sessions where the coaching takes place through your headphones. All you need to do is press play, head outside, and follow the instructions from your running coach.
Regardless of your level, you can join us as we offer multiple plans (from beginner to experienced runner). You’ll receive personal feedback on your running form at each session.
Running and walking are natural human movements and should therefore be natural and pain free. VarjeSteg focuses on gentle movement and running technique. This allows you to build up your body with each step, both in walking and running, instead of breaking it down.
Gentle running also becomes efficient and fast running. When you find that light feeling in your stride, running becomes like meditation, wonderful and free.

All sessions include running technique for a gentle & effective stride. The length of the online sessions is approximately 20-45 minutes (depending on the level) to make it easy & efficient to fit into your daily routine. You also have the opportunity to receive personal feedback on your running technique by sending us a video of your stride (optional at the start and halfway through the course).
