Level

Regardless of the level you choose when registering for our running groups, all sessions contain a lot of running technique and personal feedback on your running step. What differentiates the levels is the amount and intensity of the running training:

  • Beginners will alternate walking and jogging during sessions to slowly increase the amount of jogging versus walking. This is important to get the muscles and ligaments used to the load that running brings. This level is suitable for those who are new to running or want to return to running after a longer break or an injury.
  • Intermediate/Experienced suits you who can run 5k where you get the keys to a gentler and more efficient running step. If necessary, we divide the Intermediate/Experienced group into smaller groups depending on level or if you have run with us before.
  • Continuer means you have run in our running groups before. In order to develop as a runner, it is also important to vary your training, therefore our running courses are also perfect for those who have run with us before, as we always update our programs to create variety and have a purpose with each session. In some cases, we also have specific elements adapted for continuing runners from our courses.

They are fine to change groups/levels after a while if you want, you also get all 24 passes online through our member page where you can do them yourself if you miss a pass. The online session takes place through audio files where you get running coaching in the headphones and video files with running technique, strength, & mobility adapted for runners.
