1. Consultation
We always start with a consultation to review your training background, your current status, and your goals with running. We help you tailor your training plan completely according to your needs
2. Running gait analysis
–Now it’s time to become aware of your movement.
After the consultation, we conduct the analysis. During the analysis, we film your movement and observe how you move currently. We also aim to increase your body awareness by asking you to feel your body during movement.
The running analysis includes foot placement, cadence, body position, center of gravity, muscle tension, sensation, and overall assessment.
3. Running technique training
After the analysis, we have identified areas that need improvement in your movement. Together, we help you make your stride gentler and more efficient. We practice and adjust the technique (feeling).
How we proceed together to find the effortless stride in running varies for each individual. We perform exercises to strengthen or relax different muscles in the body, which collectively make the running stride easier.
Movement coaching is included to stay injury-free in daily life, as how we move throughout the rest of the day when not running is equally important.
4. Home training
After adjusting the running stride to be gentler and more efficient, we need to practice our new movement pattern. You’ll practice at home for a few weeks and then return for an evaluation to ensure you haven’t reverted to your old movement pattern.
The training is completely tailored to your abilities and goals.
Building a strong foundation is essential, so the initial period focuses heavily on practicing the feel of running.

5. Follow-up visit
We assess what you specifically need to focus on during the follow-up visit. Every person is different, with unique bodies moving in various ways. The focus of the follow-up session depends on your goals and how you move when walking and running.
Once you can manage running, we increase the speed and find the right sensation to become more efficient and faster in running.
We conduct customized interval sessions together, ensuring you maintain your new gentle and effective movement pattern.
