Take your running to the next level or get started with your running with our spring running course (w. 12-23)! We’ll coach you towards a gentle, efficient, and sustainable running stride.
Regardless of your level, you can join us as we offer multiple plans (from beginner to experienced runner). You’ll receive personal feedback on your running form at each session.

Running and walking are natural human movements and should therefore be natural and pain free. VarjeSteg focuses on gentle movement and running technique. This allows you to build up your body with each step, both in walking and running, instead of breaking it down.
Gentle running also becomes efficient and fast running. When you find that light feeling in your stride, running becomes like meditation, wonderful and free.
We adapt the training to match your ability as we offer several different levels and plans. Learn more about these in the program HERE.
Each week includes one group session together and one online session that you complete at home between meetings. You can also choose to do the course fully online, where you will be coached through your headphones via audio files.
