Running and walking are natural human movements and should therefore be natural and pain free. VarjeSteg focuses on gentle movement and running technique. This allows you to build up your body with each step, both in walking and running, instead of breaking it down.
Gentle running also becomes efficient and fast running. When you find that light feeling in your stride, running becomes like meditation, wonderful and free.

Each week includes one group session together and one online session that you complete at home between meetings. You can also choose to do the course fully online, where you will be coached through your headphones via audio files.
