Running Course in English

Find new inspiration and improve your running technique this spring with our 12 week online running course! During w. 12-23 you will be coached online twice a week via audio files. All you have to do is to press the play button, head outside and follow the instructions from the running coach in your headphones.

Since both running and walking are considered as natural movements of the human body, we at VarjeSteg believe that it should be natural and pain free also in practice. Therefore, gentle movement and running technique is our main focus. It allows you to strengthen your body in every step as well as in walking and running, instead of breaking it down.

A gentle technique also improves your running efficiency. When you find that lightness in your step, running becomes like meditation, amazing and free.


You can participate regardless of whether you consider yourself as a beginner or an experienced runner, as we adapt the program to your level. In order to develop as a runner, it is also important to vary your training. Therefore this course is also suitable for those who have participated in our running courses before, since there are new inspiring sessions during this spring course.


All sessions include running technique for a gentle & efficient running stride. The length of the online sessions is about 20-45 minutes (depending on the level) as it should be easy to apply to your weekly schedule. You also have the opportunity to get personal feedback on your technique by sending us a video of you running (optional to do at the start and halfway into the running course).
We also have a common & closed facebook group where we can encourage and follow each other between the sessions!

Price: 1495 SEK (The price is valid until 1st of March. After price increase: 1545 SEK.) The price includes 12 coached running sessions, 12 additional online session that you perform at home, personal feedback on your technique and a VarjeSteg T-shirt or a scarf + access to the VarjeSteg membership page with over 50 online-sessions.

  • Remember to make use of your health care allowance. We also accept payment with ePassi, Benify, Edenred and Wellnet.
Beginner means you don’t run anything. Medium means you run 30 minutes a week or more. Experienced means that you run more than 3 miles per week on average. Continuer means that you have run in one of our running courses before.
