Weather
The weather in June is perfect for running with a temperature around 16-18 degrees Celsius.
Food
The trip includes half-board, with breakfast and dinner. The cuisine is inspired by French and Swedish traditions and is, of course, prepared using the finest ingredients. To enhance the dining experience, a carefully curated wine list is available, featuring both local and international wines. To recharge for all the amazing runs, a fantastic three-course dinner is served every evening.
Lunch and beverages with meals are not included.

We will be staying centrally at the Langley Hotel Gustavia, which offers a pleasant mix of traditional alpine charm, high comfort, and modern elements. Built in 1890, the hotel is one of the most historic buildings in the valley and remains a popular meeting place for guests from all over the world.
The rooms are bright and comfortable, available in various sizes and standards. Many of the rooms offer a stunning view of Mont Blanc.
Program
- Sunday (arrival day) – Run and a review of the basics of gentle movement and running technique, followed by a group dinner in the evening
- Monday – Postural training (Mobility training/activation for better posture) and Running with a focus on sustainable running technique upphill
- Tuesday – Trail run och running technique in trail
- Wednesday – Long run, Le Brévent eller Lac Blanc – Several options with running or hiking/running.
- Thursday – Rest day. If desired, you can join a guided train trip to Vallorcine, followed by a one-hour hike to Cascade de Berard in Le Buet, where you can visit a beautiful waterfall, have lunch, and explore caves.
- Friday – Running towards Lac Sinclair, Accro’ Park des Gaillands, and the historic ruins of Ruiny Zamku Martineza DeZoo. Afternoon running strength session.
- Saturday – Trail run, Plan de l’Aiguille. Closing dinner in the evening.
- Sunday – Morning jog & Return trip
Travel guarantee/insurance
The trip is organized in collaboration with Langley Travels, who provides a travel guarantee to the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency (Kammarkollegiet) in accordance with the Package Travel Act. Please ensure that your home insurance covers overseas travel.

Flight from Gothenburg with a layover in Amsterdam, followed by a transfer to Chamonix.
