Level
Regardless of which level you choose when registering for our running groups, all sessions include a lot of running technique and personal feedback on your running form. The difference between the levels is the amount and intensity of the running training:
Beginners will alternate between walking and jogging during the sessions and slowly increase the amount of jogging relative to walking as the course follows. This is important to acclimate muscles and ligaments to the stress that running puts on them. This level is suitable for those who are new to running or want to return to running after a long break or injury.
Intermediate/Experienced is for those who can run 5km in a row and want the keys to a gentler and more efficient running form. If needed, we divide the Intermediate/Experienced group into smaller groups depending on level or if you have run with us before.
Advanced means you have previously run in our running groups. To develop as a runner, it is important to vary your training, which is why our running courses are perfect for you even if you have run with us before, as we always update our programs to create variety and purpose with each session. In some cases, we also have specific elements tailored for advanced runners.
It is possible to switch groups/levels as you wish. You also get all 24 sessions online through our member page, where you can do them on your own if you miss a session. The online sessions are conducted through audio files where you receive running coaching in your headphones and video files with running technique, strength, and mobility exercises tailored for runners.
